150 t AHC Crane under full factory test

Techano Oceanlift is currently testing one of its new 150-ton Active Heave Compensated (AHC) offshore cranes.

Designed and built with the latest technology, the crane represents a significant step forward in offshore lifting capability and operational precision.

The advanced crane is equipped with two winches — a 20-ton winch with 2,500 meters of wire and a 150-ton winch with 3,000 meters of wire, both equipped with AHC — ensuring flexibility for a wide range of offshore operations. With a safe working load of 150 tons at 12 meters and 30 tons at 35 meters, the system is engineered for both strength and versatility. The crane is equipped with enhanced redundancy securing continued operation and higher uptime during critical missions.

Incorporating cutting-edge control systems and robust engineering, the 150 t AHC crane demonstrates Techano Oceanlift’s continued commitment to safety, reliability, and innovation in the offshore industry.
